Divas Picture of the Week ( July 29, 2012 )

AJ is the new Raw GM????????????

Raw's 1000 Episode

Raw’s 1000 episode was one of the best, WWE show’s we have seen in a while. They gave us returning legends like Vader, Sid Vicious, Diamond Dallas Page, Roddy Piper, and many more. But the biggest return was the reunion between the leaders of the Attitude Era, Degeneration X (DX). When they announce a DX reunion, for the 1000 episode, I thought we were in store for another Triple H & Shawn Michaels segment, but when I saw “The Road Dog” Jesse James, “Badass” Billy Gun and X-Pac in that jeep, I went crazy.

CM Punk made me a fan

The final match on Raw’s 1000 episode was John Cena vs. WWE Champion CM Punk and it was a great match in my opinion. The match itself was not a five star match, but it left most of us with a huge question mark. The WWE does it again, they have a huge storyline in their hands and I personally can’t wait to see what their plans are for The Rock & Punk feud.

We have a new Intercontinental Champion

The Miz won the IC title by defeating Christian on Raw’s 1000 episode. The Miz was off TV for a while because he was filming the Marine 3. He made his return at Money In The Bank, but failed to win the contract for a future WWE title shot. He comes back sporting a new haircut and some facial hair that doesn’t become him.

Legends of the Ring 14

Hello again wrestling fans. My brother and I attended Legends of the Ring 14 in Monroe, New Jersey on June 2, 2012. It was our first time there and it was a pretty well organized event. LOTR offered VIP tickets which I didn’t buy because some of the talent they booked, in my opinion, weren’t worth $229.00. Hugo Savinavich, Judy Martin & Leilani Kai, Del Wilkes (FKA The Patriot) and The Headbangers, were a part of the VIP tickets and I am going to be completely honest I really would not want an autograph from any of these guys.

WCW: The Best of Clash of the Champions

Hello wrestling fans, it’s time for another DVD review. Watching WCW: The Best of Clash of the Champions brought back so many memories. Helped me remember how much I hated WCW. I must admit, the only thing that made WCW worth watching is the quality in the matches. The very first match presented was the main event of the first ever Clash of the Champions back in 1988, between "The Nature Boy" Ric Flair vs. Sting for the NWA World Heavyweight Championship.
